Zip Vac was founded in 1975, by "Jack" Danner Jr. Zip Vac East is an affiliate of the Danner Corporation located in Auburn, Washington.
Vacuum Bagging is the process of enclosing an assembly in an air-tight wrapper with a vacuum source attached to draw and squeeze the assembly together and to remove air which might be trapped within the various layers of the part.
ZIP-VAC offers a system that creates a more consistent vacuum without the use of disposable products. Eliminating the need to purchase, control, and dispose of bagging products. Some systems can be justified solely on reduced land fill waste.
ZIP-VAC's system can be adapted to almost any existing tool, which has proven to dramatically improve part surface quality by eliminating resin ridges caused by wrinkles in the bag.
